Windows 10: Factory reset results in black screen and doesn't finish

I'm trying do a factory reset on an Alienware PC that I got a while ago. Whenever I hit reset, it takes about 30 minutes to finish loading, and then my computer goes into a black screen. The PC is still on, as my mouse still lights up and the logo on the PC does as well, but I don't recieve any HDMI input for my monitor. It's almost like the PC is in sleep mode. Perhaps I didn't wait long enough, but I did a head reset on the computer and it reverted to exactly how I had it before. Do I need to wait longer or am I doing something wrong?

• When you say that "reset my computer back to factory settings", are you referring that you have tried to perform rolling back to previous Operating System or performed Reset of Windows 10?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
