Windows 10: Factory reset stuck at 64%

Basically my hp pavilion gaming laptop that I tried factory resetting got stuck at the 64% mark while reinstalling windows and now it’s just restarting over and over again with nothing to work. I tried booting up from a usb media tool with fresh windows 10 and it had worked out but my cpu speed had reduced dramatically compared to the other windows 10 I was trying to reinstall. I would really appreciate if someone can help me with this.Here are the methods I’ve tried so far:Booting from a usb media with windows 10 on a separate drive which resulted in a drastic difference in my CPU’s speed 3.

I have this exact issue at the moment. The factory reset is stuck at 64% and no, the answer given wasn't very helpful AT ALL. The screen is still stuck at 64%, what's the next step i should take? Should i manually force the PC to shut down and start it back
up? Urgent, thanks.

Stuck during factory reset.


So the Factory reset has been stuck at 2% for the last 8 hours.
