    Factory reset to get rid of Trojan virus.


    After I found a Trojan virus on my computer I decided to factory reset my pc. I did a clean all apps and files and decided to download from the cloud just in case the virus was in my system files. After it cleaned 100% of my pc it went to reinstall windows and then this message appeared , "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click 'OK' to restart the computer, and then restart the installation." And after hitting ok many times it will not work and I’ve even tried getting into recovery mode by turning t

    so my security told me i had a trojan virus in quarantine and i pressed remove did that get rid of the threat of the trojan cause idk how that works

    like is the person trying to get on my computer gone

    There is a new virus out there discovered by virus hunters known as "Cryzip". The Trojan encrypts your files and then demands a $300 ransom for the decryption password to get your files back.
