  1. Factory Reset While Stuck in Automatic Repair Loop?

I have an Acer laptop that has been stuck in the ARL for about a year, and nothing seems to work. I cannot afford to have someone repair it for me and I was wondering if there was a way to factory reset it?

    :)

My acer laptop was stuck in an automatic repair loop but now is stuck at 1% of factory reset

Okay, so yesterday when I turned my laptop on it was stuck at the acer screen. After some googling I turned it off and on again and repeatedly pressed f8 to to an automatic repair. This did nothing so I tried some troubleshoot options and none of them
worked. I was left in a infinite loop of automatic repair. I then decided to do a factory reset, but now it has been stuck at 1% for about two hours. If anyone has a solution can you please tell me in baby steps because I am a complete noob at this sort of
thing. I have an acer ES1-531 laptop.

  3. Stuck in welcome loop/ automatic repair is unaccessible

I have factory reset my HP Pavillion laptop ready to give to a family member. However, I have now got stuck in welcome loop.

Have tried inserting installation media for windows10 via usb and the welcome loop is going round and round. It does not activate the automatic repair tool even when I manually power off and on. Could someone help me with a step by step guide to how I can fix this. Or do I need to see a technician. NOTE I have tried disconnecting my internet and nothing changed. Thanks in advance.
