Windows 10: Factory reset

can you factory reset a pc using a different pc recovery drive


I need to factory reset my pc bbut im missing files and need to insert my recovery drive, which i dont have. So can i use my other pc to create a recovery drive and use that?

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
