Windows 10: Factory reset

When i try to factory reset the, reset will get about half way and stop and go back to the menu. No matter what i do it keep going back to the blue screen. It reverts back and undos all changes. Ive been at it for days. What can i do. Im losing my mind

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
