Windows 10: Factory Reset

I recently did a windows update on my lenovo laptop. The new settings along with privacy settings have led to my webcam not working on Zoom.


I decided to do a factory reset and it seems to be stuck on 46%. The computer was 100% battery so I didn't plug it in before starting the process. But 1 hour in I did. Has this caused an issue and how do I get the reset to finish.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
