Windows 10: Factory reset

Hi, I reseted my pc to factory settings Windows 10 and now it's not working normally. I can't log in to the user account because it tells me it can't load the user's profile and when I try to turn it in safe mode, I have a black screen with cursor and nothing else. I was in hurry so i don't know if i didn't choose wrong option while reseting my pc.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
