Windows 10: Factory Resetting Windows 10

So I have a Toshiba Laptop running Windows 10 on it. There is a SSD with about 32 GB on it and it's just about filled with programs and files. I simply need to factory reset it, but can't find the option to do so in my settings. I've looked up step by step to find the option Go to settings --> Update & Security --> Recovery but it just isn't showing up. I went onto another machine running Windows 10 and found the reset option no problem. So I'm curious as to how I can reset my machine and if someone can tell me. Thank you!

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
