  1. Faded open browser and taskbar problem won't go away

I am having a little difficulty with why my computer keeps showing a faded open browser and the taskbar. You can see it better when you're playing a video game and you see a loading screen or black and in the black screen you can see an open browser or taskbar icons but nothing is open in the background for it to do that. I believe it has something to do with the Windows 11 multiple desktops option but I only have one desktop open. Can anyone help me with this problem?

    :)
