    Hi I am looking for a window standard app that can fade a picture into white back ground. like the attached picture.Can anyone help me with that? I just need to do it for 1 picture, i do not want to pay a software for it and just do that for 1 time.Happy to explore other free apps in the Microsoft market that can do so.

    Background picture on home screen fades to white within a few seconds

    Just updated my Windows 10 with the help of Microsoft.

    Now my home page background picture fades to white as soon as I shut down browser.

    Cannot fix it with settings/color/theme or any of the suggestions I have found.

    Help!

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay in response



    I would suggest you to try the following steps:






    • Open Desktop Background by right clicking on the desktop clicking Personalization

    • Click the picture or color that you want to use for your desktop background.

    • If the picture you want to use isn't in the list of desktop background pictures, click an item in the Picture location list to see other categories, or click Browse to search for the picture on your computer.
      When you find the picture that you want, double-click it. It will become your desktop background.
