Windows 10: Fail to Exit from long Sleep/Hibernate

This has been happening for quite a while to meWinDBG determine the culprit to be tcpip.sys, ['a device object has been blocking an IRP for too long a time'], in another word, the network driverhowever, no matter what i tried except a clean install-power troubleshooting - no problem found-driver troubleshooting - no problem found-sfc /scannow - no problem found-dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth - no problem found-update all drivers + bios to the latest with dell's supportassistant, intel's supportassistant, manual checking all the driver updates through both the place - everything i

sleep or hibernate

I think you have sleep and hibernate confused... sleep just puts the computer in a low power state, making resuming the session faster... hibernate shuts down the whole computer and basically just saves whats in RAM to the hdd and loads it on next startup. IIRC...

Hibernation and Sleep not working on my WIndows 10 PC after latest update
