Windows 10: Failed to install on ‎15/‎07/‎2022 - 0x800f0831

My laptop is trying to update "Feature update to Windows 10, version 21H2" but every time it does it ends up failing to install and shows the error 0x800f0831, The only options I've tried is to run on clean boot and use the Windows Update Troubleshooter, but it still fails. What can I do?

Thank you for the pointer, I didn't know that this update was replaced. My Windows Update insists on installing it and isn't aware that it should install a different update instead. So I went to Microsoft Update Catalog Microsoft Update Catalog
and downloaded file windows10.0-kb4567512-x64_2ea636c671529de2154d48a1181c0f02cd919da5.msu. When I run it it tries to install KB4567512 and fails with no diagnostics. When I look messages in CBS.log I see this error again

After several attempts, Windows update will not install the subject update. Here is what I have tried.

1. Reviewed the cab.log and found that the following as the missing feature that is causing the update failure. Unable to find Microsoft-Windows-HyperV-OptionalFeature-HypervisorPlatform-Disabled-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.18362.657 in the Windows
   update catalog to fix this.

1. I ran scfs /scannow. No issues found.
2. I verified that Windows update is set to automatic and running.
3. I downloaded the package manually and installed it.
4. Went back to Check for updates. It still shows the update as missing.
5. Tried running the update again and it fails.

How do I fix this to get Windows update working again.

I am failing to update Windows 10 1903 with an error 0x800f0831. It has been persistent across reboots. From what I could figure out searching the Internet, it often results from some missing update package. I tried reading C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log and

so it seems that I am missing package Microsoft-Windows-TerminalServices-AppServer-Client-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.18362.267. My question is, how do I find this package? Microsoft Update Catalog Microsoft Update Catalog
seems to search updates by KB<number> but I have only package name.
