Windows 10: Failed to load Application textes. Immediate exit.

Bonjour,


Aujourd'hui j'ai supprimer des fichier pour libérer de l'espace sur mon disque dur principale. Il ne me semble pas avoir fait de fausse manipulation j'ai supprimer internet explorer mais du coup j'ai des doute, mais pourtant quand j'essais d'ouvrir l’explorer de fichier impossible et j'ai le message "Failed to load Application textes. Immediate exit." Je ne sait pas trop quoi faire.

file explorer fatal error. 'failed to load application texts - immediate exit'

Hello,

whenever I try to open file explorer or right click anything I get the error:

explorer.exe - fatal error.

failed to load application texts - immediate exit.

The screen then resets itself.

This also extends to the fact I cannot right click on anything without the error popping up. I have tried various fixes I found on the web but none of them have worked. The problem started after I installed an older version of direct x on this website from
the runtime web installer which was seemingly not suitable for windows 10(?). A system restore back to a day before failed and it will only let me 'undo' the failed system restore without undoing it. I really don't want to do a full system restore but it is
the only option that I can fathom will work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Application opens and then immediately closes without loading

In Windows Phone 7 on Samsung Focus. When I attempt to open applications the app appears to open but then immediately returns to the application list without loading completely. The behavior is random but does occur at least a couple times a day. Is there
any thing I can do to prevent this?

 

applications fail to start or fail to exit after installing windows 10. Also windows 10 fails to exit

thanks Andre for your answer and much appreciated help. I managed to roll back to windows 7 ultimate. I thought probably there was not much space on the hard disk so I deleted unnecessary files and reinstalled windows 10. It behaved slightly better this
time. But after a while applications would either fail to start and those that started fail to exit. Again windows 10 itself fails to exit and I had to resort to hard switch off. I had to go back to my work so I rolled back to windows 7 ultimate again.
I shall try to install 10 once more and try your other suggestions.
