    geforce experience takes an age to load..

    Well that's why I asked. Mine is on SSD and takes 11 seconds. Your list of games will not appear if it has not checkd for updated suggested settings for awhile until it checks.

    When it says it is refreshing the game list, it is checking, because NVIDIA periodically updates suggested settings. Plus it will look for those for new games you have installed.

    So, the less it is run, the slower it will be.

    Hi JayendraGandhi,

    In order for me to address your concern, I would like to know the following:

    • Are you using any newly installed program on your computer?
    • When did you started to get this error message?
    • Were there any changes made on your computer recently?
    • What is the version and build of your computer?
      • You can have this checked by pressing the Windows button + R on your keyboard to open the
        Run box, then type winver and press
        Enter
        .
    • What is the make and model of your computer?
    • Are there any SmartCards installed on your computer?
    • Is this a work computer connected to a company network?
    In the meantime, if the error occurs after installing a new hardware or software on your computer, I recommend that you
    perform a clean boot on a
    different user profile. You can do this by creating a new user profile
    and name it as test. By performing these steps, it'll be eliminating the possibility of a setting that might be restricting the use of your computer or a possible conflicting program running on the background that could cause the error message.
    If there are programs or new hardware installed on your computer, you might want to consider
    reinstalling the programs associated with it along with it's
    drivers.
