My game sometimes crashes while playing roblox or other games, and whenever it happens, i get this error in the event viewer:Failed to look up debug info for provider {65cd4c8a-0848-4583-92a0-31c0fbaf00c0} from process 28888 for session "RzPresentMon". Looking for a small program to provide PC info

Yes, I think BGinfo will do it. I need to tweak it some more to get it exactly as I want it, and I'm still waiting for the rest of the team to provide their input to see if it needs tweaked more.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I know how to do all that and more. The quest is for something that is easy for an end-user who has no clue how to even provide the machine name so we can provide remote support. You wouldn't believe how so many people don't know anything about the device they're spending hours a day in front of.

 

Looking for a small program to provide PC info

I am hoping that someone here can provide me with a link to or write a small utility to give some basic PC information. I would like to be able to place a shortcut on the start menu or desktop so that an end user can run this program to give basic PC information for Help Desk support. This is just an attempt to provide faster service when deal ing with people that have limited to zero knowledge about how to provice support info.

This is the type of data I'm looking for:

Computer name
User logged onto PC
Computer model #
IP address
(possibly more info, but want to keep it under 10 lines)

If the user launches the utility, I'd like it to display the listed info in a small window that stays on the screen until the user closes it out. It would be completely awesome if we could insert an image of our logo on this screen as well.

Windows Subsystem for Android toggle Wireless Debugging fails

The subject says it all. I'm trying to set up wireless debugging in order to work with the Windows Subsystem for Android. Can someone help me fix this?

Here are the steps I'm taking:

1. Install the Windows Subsystem for Android with Amazon Appstore (I've actually tried both installing the Appstore to get WSA and installing WSA to get the Appstore. At least 3 attempts with no success at this point.)
   
   1. Ensure Virtual Machine Platform is turned on.
      
   2. Ensure Windows hypervisor platform is turned on.
      
2. Open Windows Subsystem for Android Settings
   
3. Enable Developer Mode
   
4. Select "Manage Developer Settings"
   
5. I try two different things next with functionally the same result:
   
   1. Attempt to toggle "Wireless debugging"
      
   2. Click on the "Wireless debugging" text to go into the "Wireless debugging" submenu" and try to toggle "Wireless debugging" there.
      

What happens:

The toggle momentarily flashes to the on color and momentarily the toggles to the on position. Then the switch immediately switches back to the off position and off color. This is incredibly short. When first entering the wireless debugging submenu, the option will sometimes turn "on" just long enough to see a list of other pieces of information or options show up beneath it, but they quickly vanish. All other toggles in the developer settings work as intended. This is the only one that fails.

What I expect to happen:

I expect Wireless Debugging to be turned on and stay on so that I can use wireless debugging with the WSA.
