Windows 10: Failed to open window with error code 0xc000021a

I restarted window after updating the window window 10. It keeps popping a blue screen stating error code 0xc000021a. I restarted the computer many times and tried other advanced option. As searched in the internet that, I opened cmd and typed “xcopy C:\windows\system32\drivers\hidparse.sys C:\windows\system32\hidparse.sys”. It responsed with failed due to disc format. It seems that my C drive was locked by Bitlocker. Yet, I have not used the Bitlocker function. And I tried to logged in every account I logged in this computer to search for my Bitlocker code. And I could not find it. Then, I

Windows stuck with error 0xc000021a

Hi In below customer scenario windows boot gives error 0xc000021a constantly. Scenario 1. Customer boots PC and logs in 2. Waiting for some minutes and then black screen 3. Force power down 4. When then rebooting error 0xc000021a comes constantly. Any suggestions (besides restore from backup)? Br Peter
