    Failed to perform Windows update


    My PC runs on Windows 10 Home Edition Version 1909.Recently, I received noticed from Windows notification to perform updates. When I try, it always fails. I view update history and it shows I tried to google for solution for weeks and tried all sorts of advices I could possibly find.. I think the main problem is BITS could not be starts. Is it that my PC is not compatible? Below is my PC specification.Can someone help me with this problem?
