    failed to upgrade from windows 10 to Windows 11, 0x80070002 - 0X20009


    i have failed to upgrade from windows 10 to Windows 11, after complete installation I got the below error 0x80070002 - 0X20009 the installation failed in the SAFE_OS Phase with an error during Prepare_Rollback Operation I can't find any solution to this issue

    WIN 8.1 to WIN 10 upgrade error 0x80070002-0x20009

    I cannot update to windows 10. The problem my computer having is like this : Once it finishes 2713.8 MB of update with Windows Update or MCTx64, computer restarts, then the screen for updating to windows
    10 comes for a second and it restarts at 0%. Once I boot up to windows this error pops up:

    "0x80070002-0x20009

    The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during PEPARE_ROLLBACK operation."
