Windows 10: Failed to validate the signature of the actionable message card.

Hello,I have approval flow based on Ms form responses at Powerautomate, it was working okay today it gave error as "Failed to validate the signature of the actionable message card." People can receive approval request but they cannot do anything because of this error. How can I fix this?

Unlike most email programs, Windows 10 Mobile does not have a feature that include inserting signatures into SMS messages. Possibly, the only way to check or use them is to confirm with your carrier if they offer such feature to append a signature
to your sent messages.

Alternatively, we request that you submit this to our Windows Feedback Hub app. To submit a new feedback, you can follow the steps below:

1. Go to All Apps, search for the Feedback
   Hub app or press and hold Volume Down+Power button for about 2-3 seconds to launch the app.
2. Open the menu icon at the top left side.
3. Select Feedback, then at the top right side, tap the add button
   (+).
4. Select Suggestion and fill up the box with the details needed.
5. Select the right category for the suggestion and then submit.

Digital signatures allow administrators and end users who are installing Windows-based software to know whether a legitimate publisher has provided the software package.



Method 1: To run the application without a valid digital signature follow the steps below:

• Right click on the program or file that you are unable to access and click on
  Properties.
• Click on Unblock and run the application to check if the issue is resolved.

Method 2: To unblock the files that do not have valid digital signature and to load them on the PC, follow the steps below:

• Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools options located at the top right corner of the web page.
• Select Internet options and click on Advanced tab.
• Locate Allow Software to run or install even if the signatures is invalid under
  Security category and check the box.
• Click on Apply and Ok to make changes.
• Close the Internet Explorer and check if the changes are effective.
