Windows 10: Failed update 1903 install: 0x8007042b

Hello, I've been trying intermittently since 9/2019 to update to 1903. Been through the assistant, media creation tool etc, nothing works. SFC comes up clean. Hoping someone here can take a look at the logs and see something I don't.

Fails on Windows Insider update, error 0x8007042b

My PC run in dual boot, 1st disk run Windows 8.1, in the 2nd Windows 10 Pro in Insider.

Till 3/17/2019 it was update normally, after that several times update was fails,

Because error 0x8007042b

I would trying many manner but none success!

- Disable anti-virus app.

- Change windows account

- Change to mono-boot.

- Run and scan system, check disk, defrag disk,...

Please help me! Sorry by my bad English.

Cannot update Dell XPS 13 9380 on Windows 1809 to 1903 or 1909: (0x8007042B - 0x2000D)

There may be some movement on this situation. There is another user trying the suggested fix, although you may not need to take all the steps the linked post suggests..

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
