Windows 10: Failed upgrade from Win 10 to 11 at data migration stage

I'm having a repeated issue with upgrading from Windows 10 to 11. It will get to around 88-91% varies by the attempt, stay at that percentage for a long time, then restart into Windows 10 with no error messages displayed. I was able to check out one of the logs and I believe it's failing during the stage where it migrates the data, but I'm unfamiliar with reading through the log files to better determine exactly what is causing the failure.Any assistance would be appreciated, but I will need instructions on how to provide the log files that you'd need. I'll run a new installation prior

upgrade from WIN 7 to WIN 10 failure

getting the error "failed in SECOND BOOT, MIGRATING DATA step" when trying to upgrade from WIN 7 to WIN 10. any idesa on how to fix.

Failed in FIRST_BOOT Phase - error during migrate data operation when upgrading to Windows 10 from 7

My win version is Windows 7 Build 7601 Service Pack 1

As the title suggests. I'm attempting to upgrade to Windows 10 from 7 with Media Creation tool.

The actual Error code is: 0x800707E7- 0x3000D "The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation"

It happens when:

• I attempt to upgrade this PC with all apps and files saved through create windows media tool.
• It will restart once and then get to 57% and then restart and says it's Undoing changes made to your computer

Things I have tried:

Removing all unnecessary USB devices (All I have are my mouse and keyboard).

• I have 200GB free
• disabled windows defender
• file scan for corruption
• ran microsoft diagnostic tools
• No registry or corruption errors

I have checked Windows32/Panther/** for anythign in setuperr.log but nothing. I do have logs in setupact.log but I can't make sense of it.

Any help or where to look for crash dumps, error logs to debug this? I'm a dev but I'm not familiar with the windows ecosystem.

I also would rather not do a clean install as I have many games and configuration files set up and I do not want to have to reset them.

Windows 10 upgrade from Win7 failed. "could not migrate data"

Attempting to upgrade to Windows10 today failed with the error "could not migrate data". Any ideas?
