Windows 10: Failing to install Windows 11 on a new 1TB SSD replacement

Hi,So Windows 11 is already installed on the original 1TB SSD, but is being replaced by another 1TB SSD drive on Alienware M16R1 AMD. When the bootable Windows 11 USB flash drive is accessed the computer indicates that "This PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements to install this version of Windows." Obviously this is not true. My question is does the 1TB SSD need to be partitioned before installing windows 11 and if so what are the boring details to do so for this specific laptop? If partition should not be an issue to install Windows 11 , then what could the issue be? BIOS is reco

How to put windows 11 on a new 1TB SSD.

My old hard drive had a catastrophic failure so I am replacing with a new 1TB SSD. My son works for Microsoft and I get my software through the "friends and family" download link. How can I install Windows 11 and MS 365 on the new drive. Can I do this by locating the license number for each or do I have to get new versions of each off of the friends and family web site. What is the best or only way to do this?? Mike Meyer

 

How do Install Windows 11 on a replacement SSD for my PC

I have a GEEKOM miniair 11 with a 256 MB ssd drive. I want to upgrade to a 1 TB SSD drive.

The 1 TB SSD has no OS. How do I get Windows 11 for my replacement drive? I only have one slot for the SSD. I read I cannot use an external USB connected hard drive cannot be used as a boot drive to reinstall Windows 11 on the new SSD. Any suggestions?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
