startup settings f8 recovery f1 boot again enter all loop back to same error. f1 seems to at least try and fail to reach recovery esc takes me to uefi settings. downloaded installation media startup repair fails and does not produce a log. srttrail.txt does not exist. leaving me with cmd.

To address your concern, we suggest that you run the Windows Startup repair. To do that, follow these steps:

• Using you installation media, access the Windows recovery environment.
• Select Troubleshoot
• Choose Advanced option
• Choose Automatic Repair or Startup Repair.

• Which build and version of Windows 10 are you using?

Meanwhile, we suggest that you follow these steps on how to perform automatic repair:

• Force turn off your computer/device 3 times until you reach the Automatic Repair environment.
• On the list of options under Advance options, choose Start-up Repair and perform the instructions.
