    Failure to install windows and keeps restarting upon start up.


    I purchased this Predator Helios 300 laptop a few years back in 2021.I recently had to reset and delete everything on my computer because of a virus.Upon starting up my laptop it gives me an install windows icon with "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click "ok" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation"Everytime, I click okay it restarts and gives me the same message.What should I do in this situation?

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Random restarts

    when you start the computer up press F8 repeatedly until you get a list of how to start windows, choose do not automatically restart on system failure. if your getting bsod's list what your getting here so we can further help you. IF the system is not getting bsod's and still restarting as you say then i would look into getting a line conditioner for your computer as you might be having power issues.
