Windows 10: Failure to start Asus ZenBook ux481

I have an asus zenbook ux481 and it won't boot. Whenever I press the power button the second screen almost instantly turns on showing only a black screen and the main monitor won't even turn on. I've tried forcefully shutdown without success the power button and secondary screen turns off as soon as I press the power button and I can't boot into safe mode. I've also tried it with the laptop unplugged with no other result. Caps Lock doesn't glow when pressed and my keyboard+mouse show no connection to the laptop G915 TKL and G502. Asus Zenbook stuck on Asus logo

Hi,

I have a ASUS Zenbook laptop which recently received a windows update.

Ever since the update - the laptop would not start up and it would just go in a loop

"Attempting to recover installation.." "Undoing changes made to your computer...". and then restart (this cycle would just keep repeating)

I took it to IT and they tried to get into Recovery mode by keeping the power button pressed firmly during this loop and also pressing the "ESC F1 F2 F3". After doing this multiple times

Now the machine just shows the ASUS logo and doesn't even try to boot up.

I need to get my laptop up and running - is that even possible at this point? Can you please suggest steps to troubleshoot / recover from this situation?

Asus Zenbook UX305 touchpad multitouch functions stopped working.

Asus Zenbook UX305 touchpad multitouch functions stopped working. I suspect windows update cause problem. Any suggestions to solve. Asus helpdesk ask me to reinstall windows. But I cannot as lot of data is in the PC. Appriciate help if some one can suggest
to resolve.
