Windows 10: Failure with new Functionality Update : Windows 10 version 1803x64 2019-08c

It is absolutly impossible to complete this last Update : Windows 10 version 1803x64 2019-08c

At 72-75 % of progressing, the screen becomes dark and nothing more

After rebooting,the process restarts at 75% and the timer stops at 82 % on the blue screen.

After rebooting a second time, the old version is restored.

Error 0xc1900101 is mentionned on the Update board.

And this.... every 2 days , because it is impoosible to avoid this Update. Since more than one week !!!

Annoying and harrassing....

Windows 10 Update - version 1803x64 2019-08c unable to install.

Windows 10 Update - version 1803x64 2019-08c won't install, reaches 85%, then says via Blue Screen "encountered a problem need to restart". Upon restart install goes back to zero and the same process commences but never finishes and the computer continually
restarts.

The stopcode is Bad Pool Header, does anyone know how to fix this?

When I first contacted you I just wanted to be able to install the update: "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803 x64 2019-08C" on the system the way it was.

The only problem I'm having with the external drive is with the update: "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803 x64 2019-08C", which won't install, with the error message: "Windows cannot install on a usb flash drive using setup".

I'll try the media creation tool.
