Windows 10: Failures

Hello, I have problem with error code 0xc0000005 I try to find some solves on Website there one said Problem with bad ram memory when i use Diagnostic for ram memory it's said i have problem then i replace the ram and check again the it's says ram memory normal but when i launch discord program and Roblox Player it's show 0xc0000005 then i'm do format from install windows on usb and boot it when i finish from Windows 10 it's work only 4 day and the problem show again I try to use SFC but there's no Corrupted Files and I repeat Format from usb and check Windows update I give up from this proble

To help you with your concern regarding the reset failure, let me suggest you to do a startup repair. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key
• Hold Shift key then click Restart
• You'll be prompted to the Advance Startup Options
• Select Troubleshoot
• Advanced options
• Startup repair

SSD Failure


Last year I replaced an aging hard drive in my Mum's pc with a slightly less aging OCZ Vertex 2 SSD.

This morning she was using the pc just fine then left it until this evening when it suddenly would not boot and reported sata drive failure.

Perhaps I shouldn't be too disappointed considering it was last generation technology.

What should be my first steps in diagnosing this fault? If the drive has failed I may as well suggest it be replaced with a more modern one which I'm sure has better longevity. I have an external drive reader which can take any sata device. This should allow me to see if the data is accessible.

In my own rig I have a Samsung 840 EVO 250 which has served me well so I may suggest she gets the same unless you guys have alternative suggestions.

It was impossible to tell from your initial post whether you could even get into Windows because of all the failure you described. Therefore to be absolutely thorough I gave you how to recover if you couldn't get Windows started.
