    While installing 1903 Fall Creators Update

    Windows 10 Update error code 0x80070570
    I have tried the update troubleshooter several times.

    Then I tried gong into airplane mode, reboot, stop 4 services then rename folders, then restart services, exit airplane mode and reboot as described in https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...80070570/ef45fda8-dc17-46a3-a1eb-449217f11fe1

    (I am certain that I followed the instructions correctly and completely...But it didn't work...It reboots, then seeeems to install the update, and then the message center gives me a pop-up message that reports that the installation could be completed due to this error code:

    0x80070570 (net stop wuauserv ... net stop cryptSvc ...
    net stop bits

    net stop msiserver

    3. Now rename the SoftwareDistribution and Catroot2 folder. You can do this by typing the following commands in the Command Prompt. Press the “ENTER” key after you type each command.

    ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

    ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old

    4. Now, let’s restart the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Services. Typethe following commands in the Command Prompt for this. Press the ENTER key after you type each command.

    net start wuauserv

    net start cryptSvc

    net start bits

    net start msiserver

    5. Type Exit in the Command Prompt to close it and then restart the computer.

    THIS DOES NOT WORK!! HELP PLEASE!!!

    Thanks, will try those suggestions

    other security updates run normally, I jsut have a long list of the fall creator updates not installing
