Windows 10: FallenSouls: The Dark Lord

i downloaded this game from microsoft store from free games, i have been playing like a month or 2. I was just playing sunday. so when i try to play on Monday i cant play, why i can login but then says cant connect to network. I have unistalled reinstalled deleted refreshed, checked to make sure my internet connection was good and still cant connect. yes i have the latest update for windows 10. i tried to reach the developer of the game which says OGA games but its if they are a GHOST no info at least that i found. how is that possible that i got it from the microsoft store but there isnt any info for us consumers this game has in app purchases I didnt buy anything but if i did i would be irate. I was just wondering does anybody else know of or have played this game and who can i contact about my issues with their product. Thanx In Advance
