Windows 10: Fallout 3 GOTY Crashes on New Game, Steam, Windows 11, IntelR CoreTM i3-1115G4, Inspiron 15...

As states by the question, I am on a Windows 11 using IntelR CoreTM i3-1115G4, I cant get Fallout 3 to work no matter what trick is see, I tried chnaging file names making things compatible optimizing my computer through control panel but I am not a computer guy so i really dont know what to do, i reset Fallout 3 GOTY to its original state and have made my graphics settings prefer preformance over battery saver but other than that I got nothing, I have the file on my computer not an external hardrive hoping it would make things better but nada. I really want to play this game but I have ye

I cannot find/add the compatibility tab for Fallout 3 GOTY edition

Trying to run Fallout 3 (GOTY edition) on windows 11. It needs to be run on Windows 7 or vista but I couldn't find the compatibility tab in 'Properties' on the game file (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 3 goty). Also tried adding compatibility tab for all user in registry editor. The file also has no compatibility tab if used through the Epic Games launcher. Help?

 

Fallout 3 on windows 10

Today I got fallout 3 not goty. When I first launched it, it crashed and told me to download games for windows live. After that the game still crashed when trying to start a new game. I've looked up ways to fix this like change the compatibility to windows
xp services pack 3 or windows vista services pack 2 and still my game crashed when I try to start up a new game. I keep getting the same crash every time. I don't know what to do. My pc is a Dell inspiron 15 7000 series with a intel core i7
