Windows 10: Fallout

Hi, my problem is this: When I try to download Fallout 4 on the Xbox app, it gives me "Error" at the beginning of the loading. So I look at the error message which tells me that there is a software problem, but that a fix is available in the "Optional Update" section of Windows Update. I go to download it but it is not proposed to me. So I go to download it manually but with each version of the patch, it tells me that my computer is not eligible for this update. The update I am trying to install is the following: KB5004476 and I point out that I am on Windows 10 Home, which may have something
