Windows 10: False battery warning XPS 15. Any ideas?

[COLOR=rgba29, 34, 40, 1]I turn off my laptop with 50%, 40%, 30% or anything in between using shut down, hibernate or sleep, and when I turn it back on I get a battery warning and the battery is 1% until I plug it into the socket and the next second went back to the % it was when turning it off. I've had this problem for around 2 months, or at least I notice since then.[/COLOR]

--- What is the original battery part number and the replacement part number?
Look on the battery itself and also in the battery compartment for that information.

--- That's fine for those who have been successful at it but compare the power ratings of your system to what a 97 Whr Capacity requires.

I just found the Dell Precision 5510 Owner's Manual and it lists only 56 WHr or 84 WHr also just like your Dell OEM Original XPS 15 (9550)
Maybe there's hope for your laptop for 97wh battery after all.
I recommend you call the Dell parts store and get the information you need to know.

… 4GVGH is for the 84Wh and it’s a 4-cell unit but I’d also recommend the correct AC adapter at the same time.
