Windows 10: False positive submission never answered by Microsoft

When packing up my software for sending to customers, windows defender says it's got a malware, however I'm sure it is a false positive. I have reported that to Microsoft on 22/12/23 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/submission/ec52b598-ba6f-41f4-a992-22a6a33a9f0b and they have never come back to me.By the way, their own dashboard states that no malware has been detected, so I am intrigued why this discrepancy exists!The status on their page still shows as pending. I heard they are usually quick to respond, but I believe this isn't my case at all.

For years I've been using a free program called Zara Radio. Security essentials and Defender have not had any problems with it until the last update.. I submitted the file as a false positive but have been unable to login to track my submission as I keep
getting a 404 error ( page not found).. Will I be notified of any action on my submission??
