Windows 10: Family Features Pop Up Doesn't Let Me Use Applications

Having an issue with trying to open apps. Just reset my PC, and the account I'm trying to use was at one point part of a family account where the parent was another old account of mine, which I don't want to use anymore.Whenever I try to open an outside app e.g. Firefox, Microsoft Family Features appears instead which states 'You can't use Firefox because of your family safety settings, but it doesn't hurt to ask' and has an Ask to use button underneath. I left the family in the account I'm trying to use now. I then logged into the parent account and it says there was nobody other than the p

:)

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

• Do you see the pop-up on startup after turning on PC?
  
• What is the message on pop-up?
  
• Were you a part of Microsoft Family Safety?
  
• Were you a part of Microsoft Family Safety as, an organizer/ a family member/ a child account?
  
• As said that you have removed family features from your accounts, so does that mean you left the family group?
  

Please provide more information regarding the issue.
