Windows 10: Family Group Issues

Hi,I am having issues with a laptop I use for my business employees to use. When I got it I set it up as a child in a family group. However, it has suddenly started blocking a website we use everyday and is essential to the day to day running of the business. When we try to access the site it says "you'll keep to ask to use this site" so we click ask now. It then says Request sent.This then sends an email to my personal account, I click on the link to allow access it takes me to my family page and a message appeard saying access has been granted.However nothing changes on the child account

Last member (Adult) unable to leave Family group

Why not set up an admin account with documented password, add it to the family group? Then you can take your account out, and still have (or leave) an admin/family group access account available. Just a thought/suggestion...

Microsoft Family Screen Time

This could happen when the child account fails to sync with the server. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works:

• Open
  File Explorer and navigate to the following location:
• C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Parental Controls
  
  
  Note:
  The above mentioned directory is hidden, copy and paste the same location on the search bar in the File Explorer to access it.
  
• Delete the contents in the
  \\settings directory of the Parental Controls folder.
  
• Reboot the machine to see if the issue persists.
  

If the issue persists, you may want to remove the child account from Microsoft family and add it again.

• When you mention 2 devices on your sons account, do you want to use two devices but using one account?
