Windows 10: Family Member cannot login to Windows

Discus and support Family Member cannot login to Windows in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I just added my husband as a "family member" on a brand new laptop.     Family Member cannot login to Windows


    I just added my husband as a "family member" on a brand new laptop. When I click on Microsoft Edge the window blinks but will not open. Please help!!!! I can open Windows if I am logged in but not my "family member".

    Thank you Shawn 'Cmdr' Keene [MVP] for your assistance but I'm afraid I'm no further! I'll explain. When I go Settings/Accounts/ Manage my Accounts, the family member clearly shows up! So far so good! But when I try to switch user to login family
    member with say, Ctrl+Alt+Del, then I just get back to my login again. In other words I still can't login the family member.

    No I'm sorry, I don't see the name of the family member that has been added when I go to "switch user" or when I follow, settings/accounts/ family. Microsoft have confirmed that I do have a family member but the member cannot be found.
