Windows 10: Family & other people missing!

Hello,I am trying to get back to my admin privileges and stuff i have other threads, I need help with getting that setting because i can't really do anything because my admin account has been replaced/removed and, I cant switch back to admin like if i try to do it in cmd says ACCESS DENIED then if, I try in netplwiz/user accounts same ACCESS DENIED! And if you haven't read my thread yet, basically when, I go to Advanced Startup and then to cmd i don't see my name only Administrator, and not a single password works i need help ASAP!Thank You!

Missing apps: Store, People, Photos, Games & Camera on upgrading to 10

Thanks for replying spunk. That's the 'alphabetical' list I was referring to, none of these apps are in that 'All apps' list. Any more suggestions?

With regard to your query, we suggest that you follow the steps below to completely remove the Microsoft account family safety feature for your son's account.

• From a web browser, go to
  http://account.microsoft.com/family and sign in with the Microsoft account of an adult in the family.
• To remove a child, choose Remove at the top of the section labeled
  Select a child to view or edit their settings.
• Select the person you want to remove from the family.
• Select the Remove button that appears when you've chosen the person to remove.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
