    Family requests being approved on other computer.


    Hi, I've recently built a new computer, enabling family safety on it. However, whenever I try to send requests for more time, it approves on my old computer. Nothing I could do would stop it from doing so, maybe shutting down the old computer would make an effect, but I haven't noticed any changes. I am also a administrator on the new system that won't let me in, if that's relevant.

    Request from Family Safety not working, Windows Phone

    A request to make a purchase is made on my son's phone. He is notified family safety will not allow him to make the purchase. However I receive no notification that a request has been made.

    For an approved purchase this creates additional steps that are unexpected and supposedly unnecessary.

    Why am I not notified of the request?

    Why cannot I approve the purchase from the Family Safety Site?

    Family Safety Approval

    I have suggested an update to Microsoft concerning the functions of approvals and requests (ALT-SHIFT-I) and am waiting to see if there will be an update for Microsoft Family Safety. I'm afraid I wasn't able to access the other websites due to my current restrictions, but I do thank you for continuing to try to help me. At this point, I believe that it is up to executives (or whatever position determines updates) to fix the problem.
