Windows 10: Family Safety Activity Reporting Not Working

Good morning,My wife and I have Family Safety set up on our son's surface go. Until a few days ago, it was working perfectly and we could see his activity. All of a sudden, the activity reporting stopped.I have checked his settings. Everything is still turned on. I asked him to show me how he logs in. Everything is exactly the same as it was before the reporting stopped working. He does not know my password so there's no way he could have turned it off on his own anyway.The only thing I can think of is that there is a glitch in Family Safety. How can I fix this so that we can see his activity

I followed all suggestions on the link provided by Sangeeta Sarkar. Family Safety STILL does not report recent activity.

(Amazingly, there are 14 different "Microsoft Support Engineers" who all post canned responses about Windows 8 - singing from the same incorrect hymn sheet and not actually listening to users. Are they just bots? Or hourly rate subcontractors who "bing
things" for us? But that's a different rant.)
