Windows 10: Family Safety Activity Reporting & Screen Time not working on Windows 11 PC

Hi Suppport,How are you! Good morning,Family Safety Activity Reporting & Screen Time are not working on all Windows 11 PC and not see window device to monitor. Please fix for me.All 3 devices are in her account but screen time is not updated as before.Thanks

We understand that you are trying to fix your issue with, "Family Safety Activity Reporting & Screen Time not working on Windows 11 PC."

Don't worry, I am here to help.

I'd like you to try these steps:

Check that your family member's Microsoft account didn't expire on their device

• Have them sign in with their Microsoft account on their device. Select Start > Settings > Accounts Select Verify and follow the prompts to verify their account. If you don't see the Verify option, open Microsoft Edge on their device and verify the account at https://aka.ms/familyverify.
  

Check the privacy settings on your family member's device

• Select Start > Settings > Privacy > Diagnostics & feedback and make sure the diagnostic data level is set to Enhanced or Full.
  
• If the device usage data seems inaccurate, keep in mind that idle time counts as screen time, but doesn’t count as usage.
  

Try rebooting your family’s devices

• Select Start > Power > Restart.
  

Make sure your family’s devices have the latest Windows updates

• Select Start > Settings > Update & security > Windows Update > Check for updates and install any available updates. We’re always making improvements.

(Amazingly, there are 14 different "Microsoft Support Engineers" who all post canned responses about Windows 8 - singing from the same incorrect hymn sheet and not actually listening to users. Are they just bots? Or hourly rate subcontractors who "bing
things" for us? But that's a different rant.)
