Windows 10: Family Safety Activity Reporting & Screen Time not working on Windows 11 PC

Family Group Set up correctly. Child has non-Admin Account and Computer is Linked to her Account.However Screen Time is always 0 even after hours of using Computer. I have tried most of the suggestions in this forum to fix with no success. The latest option I attempted was to remove her from Family Group to add her back in, but when I attempt this I am prevented with the following message "Family members under statutory age need an adult's consent to join a family group. Only the adult that granted consent for Skye can remove this family member. Ask the family organiser who granted Skye cons

(Amazingly, there are 14 different "Microsoft Support Engineers" who all post canned responses about Windows 8 - singing from the same incorrect hymn sheet and not actually listening to users. Are they just bots? Or hourly rate subcontractors who "bing
things" for us? But that's a different rant.)

Windows 10 Family Safety

First of all, the link you have given above is for WIndows 8 and not WIndows 10.

However, Im assuming that the same steps are valid for WIndows 10 as well and responding below.

Admin and the Child accounts are associated to microsoft account.

Method 1

Activity reporting is turned on for the child account.

Method 2

A. PC is listed under devices section in account.microsoft.com/family

B. Able to monitor child's activity. However, time limits are not working as expected. Email reports show both website and PC activity. There is no 'Manage settings on the Family Safety Website' box in the PC. It is shown as a link, and when I click the
link it takes me directly to the Family Safety website.

C. Family Safety Icon is not shown in the Notification area of the taskbar. However, I see Family Safety Monitor process in the taskmanager processes.
