Windows 10: Family Safety App help!

When I open the Family Safety App, I'm shown as the only member. When I try to add my granddaughter, it says she is already joined to a family. It says she'll need to leave that group in order to accept my invitation. The problem is, when she logs on, it shows she's joined to my Family. But when she tries to leave it, it says only the Family Organizer can do that due to her age. Which I cannot do as it doesn't show her.No idea how to fix this.Thank you!

Unable to block youtube using family safety

Remove and try to re-add the site in the block list and check.

Family Safety doesn't work on power saver

I tried everything you suggested, but nothing worked. I think the problem is that power saver restricts running Family Safety and other apps from running in the background. I can manually enable an app in the Settings, but there's no such app like Family
Safety in the list.
