Family Safety app: cant change the administrator status of child into member, whatnot do?

Family Safety Child is not an Administrator

Finally, I don't know why, I could withdraw the consent and delete the child. Then I logged the same child in again as a child and immediately the message was here again "Child is set as administrator on PC, therefore certain Family Safety features will not work."

The same child is also logged in as a member on another PC and there is no such message there.

But also there, the child has no administrator permissions! Sorry, there is something wrong.

Well I tried with both organizers of the group to remove the child.

But now I get the message "You cannot remove "child" from the family group" and "Family members who are under the age of majority require adult consent to join a family group. Only the adult who granted consent for "child" can remove this family member. Ask the family organizer who granted "child" consent to remove "child" from the family group."

I don't see who else could have given consent to the child there. Somewhere in the Microsoft universe there must be something wrong with the children's email address.

 

Family Safety - add device to child profile

Since this is the case and you have ensured the settings are correctly setup in family Safety, we suggest that you sign in using your main account and remove you child's account from Family Safety list. (Refer to the image below for reference.)





After completing the steps, attempt to use the email address of your child to login to the computer and see if the same error message still shows up. If the error no longer shows up, we suggest that you attempt to add the account back then to Family safety.
