Family Safety constantly forces children to ask permission for apps that aren't blocked

I have several children using microsoft accounts to log into their laptops; they're associated with my family. I do not have any app restrictions turned on at all, and almost every time they try to use certain apps, I am notified of a request to allow it.How can I put a stop to this? I don't want to have to allow each specific use of "Mail & Calendar" by each of my kids all the time. They should just be able to use that app without asking. How do I make this stop?

    :)

  2. Family Safety weekly report being CC'd to my children

    Hi,

As the information of Family Safety Report are going to children by default, we would like you to do a refresh on the child account and see if the issue persists.

To remove/re-add a child account, please follow the steps below:

    1. Sign in to Family Safety using the parent account.

    2. Click Manage list of Family Members.

    3. Select the child account, and then click Remove. Click Remove to confirm.

Please refer the below link on removal or turn off the family features:

Leave family group or remove members

After troubleshooting, we would suggest you to add the children account. The reports will not be CC to children.

  3. Family Safety App Blocking Not Working

    Hi

I want to block two apps that my children have installed and are using:

    1. Chrome

    2. GSearch - Search for Google

They both appear in my children's 'Recent Activity', but:

    1. For Chrome, when I click 'Block', it states 'Blocked', but then if I refresh the page it says 'Block' again implying that it isn't blocked.

    2. For GSearch, it states 'Can't Block'.

For both of these, my children can currently search whatever they like on the Internet so this is an urgent safety issue - please let me know how to fix this - otherwise I will need to switch to a different system to manage my family safety.
