Windows 10: Family safety doesn't work after upgrading to Windows 11

I used the "limit screen time" feature in Family Safety to limit my PC usage. I created a new parent account and set my own account as child. This worked perfectly in Windows 10. It stopped working after upgrading to Windows 11, though.Here are some things I've tried:- Rebooting the PC- Reconnecting the device- Removing the child from the family then rejoiningAlso, I don't remember the feature being removed in Windows 11. Any idea?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

• Which web browser are you using?
• Are the settings on the Family Safety options on your computer are the same with the one on
  Outlook – free personal email and calendar from Microsoft?

I suggest you to login with your parental account and check if you are able to manage the family settings.



If the issue still persist, it might appears that the Child account is not configure correctly. I suggest you to remove the Family Safety and configure it again.

How do I remove Family Safety?

Now, setup Family Safety.
