Windows 10: Family Safety is TERRIBLE

I have set up family saftey for my lil brother my father asked and it is so bad. It feels so laggy and slow and is constantly making me laugh in desperation. Here's what I think is so bad:The inability to immediately lock the pc is so necessary and I think you removed this option because of who knows what reason you came up with. The app is so SLOW it feels like we're in 2012 when there is no reception. The app is missing a ton of simple features, like number 1 for example.What's the problem of having a straightforward interface with all the few simple features that are actually useful?? The

Remove and try to re-add the site in the block list and check.
