Windows 10: Family Safety issue, unable to accept invitation on childs account, goes into endless loop

Hello,I have made a family for me and my son. Looking at it in my family safety I see only myself. Looking at it from my sons account there is both him and me. If I add him as a member of the family from my account I need to invite him. When I invite him he needs to accept the invitation. Now going to his account and trying to accept the invitation it says that he is already a member of the family and needs to leave it before joining again. But it is not possible to leave from the family group on his account, there is no such option. So the loops never ends, send invitation --> accept invit

Microsoft Family Safety: Cannot accept invitation and it goes into a loop

I wanted to put some limits on my son's screen time. I thought Microsoft Family Safety would be the solution.

Problem: My son nor I cannot accept the invitaion.

Description of what is happening:
My son didn't even have a Microsoft account on his desktop, so I created a Microsoft account for him.

On the same desktop, I created my Microsoft account.

With my Microsoft account, I logged into Microsoft Family Safety and sent an invitation to my son.

He received the invitation in his Outlook inbox, clicked accept.

He was sent to the Microsoft Family Safety screen. Clicking "Accept Now", it will log him off, and logging in, the same Microsoft Family Safety screen would appear.

I guessed that this was due to my account not being attached properly to Microsoft Family Safety, so I invited myself to Microsoft Family Safety.

The same thing happened to me. (The part where "the loop begins" to "the loop ends".

I am not sure what I am doing wrong....

Could someone provide some advice or other options I can try?

How to add child account that is currently set to Organzer on his computer? How to add child to Family safety account?

Parent: Steps taken: Settings, Accounts- Family Add. Sent child invite to Outlook email. Child accepted invitation.

Child: accepted invite on their end and has joined the family safety group.

Parent: Organizer/Admin dashboard. On childs profile it has accept, Hit select and gave option to logout of organizer/admin profile to log into child account.

Child: Family safety dashboard: Highlight on Connect Device: States for Organizer/Admin to go to settings- Accounts- Add Family.

Parent: Settings: Accounts: Family Add: Child profile states Status is pending but unable to accept invite on childs end and cant connect his computer

Parent Dashboard recieve this errror message: Trace id: ZorZ/lBHP0CHhH+4.92.63 with support.

 

Not to Accept Invitation from a Child Account

Initially, my laptop is Window 8.1, I created 2 accounts: a parental Account and a standard account (born 1969)

After upgrade to Window 10, I switched the standard account to Child account by adding it in Settings, Accounts, Family & other users, Add a family member.

Then I link to microsoft account to set the time using in Screen Time of the child account so that my son has been using this account.

It worked very well the first two weeks. Then, the family safety did not work to my child account any more.

It turned out that an invitation email had been sent to microsoft outlook mailbox of child account for over 2 weeks. It was supposed that I must accept invitation before 2 weekss. When I clicked "Accept Invitation" It generated an error

I think because I did not accept invitation, the family safety did not work longer.

How do I fix this so that Family Safety work again?
