Windows 10: Family Safety - Not getting email requests for more time

I no longer get an email when either of my children ask for more time. It was working on Thursday but not yesterday or today.

Thanks for the update on the current status of your concern and for providing the additional details we requested. Regarding the settings that you need to change in family safety, we suggest that if your email account is designated as an adult in family
safety to first remove your account then re-add it with the necessary notification settings for the child account. Doing this steps will refresh your email account and will also refresh the notifications that are supposed to be sent to your email.

Family Safety - Requesting more time by email

I have family safety setup for my children with time limits. They are successfully locked out at the appropriate time. If I come to the PC I can approve their request from more time. If they email the request, I receive the message, approve an amount
of time, and get a confirmation that time has been extended. My child is not allowed to login, they get the same message that time is up, switch users, request time, or my parent is here. What are my options to make this work?
