Windows 10: Family Safety not showing recent activtiy

Hello,I'm experiencing the same issue on my son's laptop—it stopped working on March 30th, 2025. I can no longer see any app activity, and under Windows Devices, it says 'Windows device not used.'I spent over four hours on a support call with Microsoft, and they mentioned the issue would be resolved within 3 to 4 days. However, it's still not fixed. Despite trying all the suggested troubleshooting steps, the problem persists.Can anyone please advise on the above issue.

Family Safety not reporting Recent Activity

I followed all suggestions on the link provided by Sangeeta Sarkar. Family Safety STILL does not report recent activity.

 

Family Safety - add device to child profile

Since this is the case and you have ensured the settings are correctly setup in family Safety, we suggest that you sign in using your main account and remove you child's account from Family Safety list. (Refer to the image below for reference.)





After completing the steps, attempt to use the email address of your child to login to the computer and see if the same error message still shows up. If the error no longer shows up, we suggest that you attempt to add the account back then to Family safety.

Unable to block youtube using family safety

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:

  Incorrect Family Safety settings.

  Web filtering is not setup correctly.
  

Remove and try to re-add the site in the block list and check.
